06. Project Continuity & Abandonment
Any project for which a down payment has been made is subject to active participation from the client.
Communication & Delays: If the client fails to provide the necessary information, feedback, or materials for a period of 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered "Abandoned."
Non-Refundable Deposits: Down payments and installments are non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, agenda reservation, and the initial strategic phases of the project.
Reactivation Fee: Should a client wish to resume an abandoned project after the 30-day period, a reactivation fee may apply, and the project will be subject to a new quote based on current rates and availability. After 6 months of inactivity, the project is officially closed, and any previous payments will be forfeited without credit for future services.
07. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
